A Tree for a Tee: Roho’s Commitment to Sustainability

A passion for the environment and zeal to champion sustainability is how Roho was born! The future of the planet is a responsibility that equally needs to be taken up by each one of us. We all play a part and because of this, we have adopted the model: “A TREE FOR A TEE.” This means that for every tee shirt purchased, a tree is adopted in Roho Forest, directly contributing to carbon offset.

On average, a single tree can absorb between 10 to 12 kg of CO2 per year. The carbon footprint of a single Roho tee shirt is approximately 7 kg CO2 equivalent (kgCO2e). This includes the carbon emissions from production, transportation, and other associated processes.
Because trees are natural carbon absorbers, we started Roho Forest. When you purchase a Roho tee shirt, you are not just buying a piece of clothing but you are committing to the planet. Our initiative contributes to a healthier and more sustainable environment.
Choose Roho, Choose Sustainability.
Local Production: Our tee shirts are produced locally, minimizing transportation emissions and supporting local communities.
Tree Adoption: Each tee shirt comes with the adoption of a tree, which helps to absorb more CO2 than the shirt produces.
Transparency and Impact: We provide updates on the growth and impact of Roho Forest, especially about the trees you adopted after you buy a Roho Tee. This way, you can see the difference your purchase is making.
How do you spot a tree for a tee—t-shirt? Through the roho and on the sleeve, the roho ant. Ants are ecosystem builders, tirelessly working to maintain the health and sustainability of their environment. They aerate the soil, disperse seeds, and recycle nutrients, creating a thriving habitat for countless other species.
By choosing Roho, you’re not just making a fashion statement, you are making a positive impact on the planet.
