Every ROHO product is made by women who work with cotton and fabric every day. This is not a statement of intent or a brand position. It is simply how the production is organised.
At the facility where our T-shirts are sewn, many of the women started as apprentices. They learned how to handle fabric, how to set machines correctly, and how to sew to a consistent standard. Over time, they specialised. Some focus on seams, others on sleeves, hems, or finishing. This continuity matters because apparel quality is built through repetition.
Cotton behaves differently under tension. It shifts slightly after washing. Seams react to stress and time. These details are learned on the production floor, not in manuals. The women who sew ROHO garments understand this material because they work with it every day, across the same products, using the same patterns.
This consistency is one of the main reasons our products remain stable across runs. In many supply chains, frequent staff turnover leads to variation. Measurements drift. Stitch density changes.
