Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
1. Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with ROHO Apparel (“ROHO”) by business customers, including wholesale, imprint, private label, and OEM orders.
All shipping arrangements, costs, timelines, and responsibilities are subject to the final sales agreement, quotation, or order confirmation issued by ROHO.
2. Shipping Methods
Shipping method is determined based on order size, destination, urgency, and customer requirements. The following shipping methods may be used:
Courier / Express Shipping
Used primarily for samples, small consignments, or urgent deliveries. Transit times are typically shorter but costs are higher.
Air Freight
Used for time-sensitive commercial orders. Air freight offers faster delivery and higher cost efficiency for medium-volume shipments.
Sea Freight
Used for larger wholesale orders where cost efficiency is prioritised over speed. Transit times are longer and vary by destination.
Road Freight
Used where applicable within regional markets or for cross-border transport within Europe or East Africa.
The selected shipping method will be confirmed in writing prior to dispatch.
3. Incoterms and Risk Transfer
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are made in accordance with the Incoterms specified in the final sales agreement.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer in line with the agreed Incoterm and at the point of dispatch or handover to the carrier, as applicable.
4. Shipping Costs and Duties
Shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges are not included unless expressly stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, customs clearance, and any local charges in the destination country, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery Timelines
All delivery timelines provided by ROHO are estimates only.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:
• carrier performance
• customs clearance
• port congestion
• weather conditions
• regulatory delays
ROHO is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
ROHO is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Partial Shipments
ROHO reserves the right to ship orders in partial consignments where operationally necessary. This will be communicated in advance where possible.
8. Receipt and Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt.
Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported in writing within 5 business days of delivery and supported with documentation and photographic evidence.
9. Title to Goods
Title to goods passes to the customer in accordance with the terms set out in the final sales agreement and applicable law.
10. Governing Terms
This Shipping Policy forms part of ROHO’s Terms of Service and is subject to Danish law.
In the event of any inconsistency, the terms of the final sales agreement or order confirmation shall prevail.
